Welcome to VerdaLux. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (verdalux.store) and the purchase of our digital artworks. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Digital Product & Intellectual Property

All photographs available on VerdaLux are original digital works inspired by the raw beauty of nature.

• Nature of Product: You are purchasing digital files only. No physical product (frame, canvas, or print) will be shipped to you.

• Ownership: When you purchase an artwork, you are buying a license to use the file. You do not acquire the copyright or any intellectual property rights to the image.

• Personal Use Only: The artwork is for personal use only. You may print the files for your home, office, or as a one-time gift.

• Prohibited Acts: Commercial resale, mass production, sharing the digital files with third parties, or uploading the images to “print-on-demand” websites for public sale is strictly prohibited.

2. Global Pricing & Payments

• Currency & Multi-Currency: Prices are displayed in USD by default. If you are browsing from another region, prices may be converted into your local currency for convenience.

• Taxes: For digital goods, sales tax or VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied based on your billing location at checkout, in compliance with international tax laws.

• Payment Methods: We securely accept payments via PayPal, Google Pay, and Credit/Debit cards (processed through WooCommerce).

3. Digital Delivery

• Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing the download links for your files.

• Download Limits: To protect our art, download links may have a limit on the number of attempts (e.g., 3 attempts) or time availability. We recommend saving your files immediately to a secure cloud or hard drive.

4. Satisfaction & Refund Policy (The “Digital Green Loop”)

Because digital products are intangible and cannot be “returned” once downloaded, we do not offer cash refunds. This policy ensures the sustainability of our small art studio.

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the file or made a mistake in your selection, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

• Store Credit Exchange: Instead of a refund, we will issue a 100% Store Credit so you can choose another artwork from our collection that better fits your needs.

• Technical Issues: If a file is corrupted or won’t open, please contact us at contact@verdalux.store. We will provide a replacement link or a fixed version of the file immediately.

5. Color Accuracy & Printing Disclaimer

• Screen vs. Print: Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the calibration of the printer you use.

• Print Quality: VerdaLux is responsible for providing high-resolution, 300 DPI files. We are not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-quality local printing services, incorrect paper choice, or home printer malfunctions. We provide a Printing Guide to help you achieve the best results.

6. Limitation of Liability

VerdaLux shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital files. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the digital order.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, regardless of the customer’s location.

• Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, following an attempt at informal resolution via contact@verdalux.store.
